Some clinical facilities, such as the Pathology Divisions electron microscope, as seen in this photograph, are used in collaboration with members of the Naval Hospital. Other experiments, including investigations into the effects of laser beams on the retina, as seen in this photograph, are important, but may have less immediate significance.
