The USS Havre (PCE-877) homeported at Great Lakes Naval Base, Illinois, was the first Ninth Naval District Reserve Destroyer Division ship to leave her homeport on the fleets last voyage, 27 April 1970. The Ninth Naval District headquarters building is in the background to the right of the Havre.
